Every seat in the dining room is reservable, including the oyster bar, and they go fast. Walking by? The regular bar is walk-in friendly, and our 20 sidewalk seats out front are always first come, first served.
Getting Here
We're on Manhattan Avenue at 12th Street, one block from the pier. Metered street parking surrounds us; the city lots at 12th & Morningside and the pier structure are your best bets on weekends. If you're local, bike the Strand and skip parking altogether.

Yes. The regular bar is walk-in friendly, and our 20 sidewalk seats out front are always first come, first served. Tables and oyster-bar seats can be reserved on OpenTable, and we recommend booking ahead.
I can't tell my Kumamoto from my Kusshi. Help?
That's what we're here for. Tell the crew what you like, whether briny, sweet, buttery or mineral, and they'll build you a flight from the day's list.
Is there anything for people who don't eat seafood?
Yes. The FWD Caesar, Chef David's mom's famous Cape Cod squash rolls, fries with malt vinegar mayo, and a dessert lineup worth the trip on its own.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Gluten-free and shellfish-allergy guests are welcome. Just flag it when you book and again with your server, and the kitchen will steer you right.
What's the deal with the lobstah' roll: warm or cold?
Both. Connecticut-style arrives warm in drawn butter; Maine-style comes chilled with house mayo. There's no wrong answer, so try both and pick a side.
